Meet Shealyn Lou

Hi, I’m Shea and this is my world in motion. If you’ve found your way here, welcome to a life filled with movement, messy hair, muddy paws, and a whole lot of heart.

At the center of it all is my dog, Forrest Gump. Yep, like the movie. From mountain trails to beach towns to wherever our next adventure takes us, he’s the one pulling me forward, one paw at a time.

Together, we live out of backpacks, hop between places, chase golden hours, and make ourselves at home wherever we land. I work remotely in digital marketing and content creation, and Forrest works hard at sniffing every tree we pass.
